Three Things

Sit and Stay Awhile turned eleven years old this past November, and while I’m not posting as regularly as I use to, I still think about this space often. I actually celebrated the other day by revisiting the blogger site I created a decade ago and wow, I really miss creating content. I’ve been a little sick this past week which forced me to slow down and appreciate just being still and nap with my cats in the midst of the chaos of the holiday season. Between Thanksgiving and actually getting sick, I managed to squeeze in a body massage at one of my favorite local hotels and lounge at the pool for the day, took a friend out to lunch and continued my quest to find a Tiffany lamp for my place but was unsuccessful.

The next time you find yourself in the Palm Springs area and only have a few days to explore, hit up the spa and lounge poolside at the Miramonte in Indian Wells, Gastro Grind Burgers in Palm Desert and and if you’re in the mood to go antiquing, hit up Sunny Dunes Antique Mall in Palm Springs.
