This is Not The Jess Show by Anna Carey - The first in a trilogy but Anna Carey, This is not the Jess Show is The Black Mirror meets The Truman Show and My So Called Life. A twisted YA thriller you need to read immediately.

Tell Me Lies - Released last fall on Hulu, Tell Me Lies is based on the 2018 coming of age novel by Carola Lovering. The characters are honestly the worst, especially the main characters Lucy and Stephen but I was so into it. A love story so f*ed up, I couldn’t stop watching. I think part of the reason I liked this show, it’s a story about college life in the mid 2000s (when I was in college), and some of the situations were eerily similar to a few of my own experience back then. I can’t promise you will like the characters or the story but if you’re looking for a a show about college life or a YA coming of age thriller, this may be for you.

Heart On My Sleeve - I didn’t even realize Ella Mai released new music in 2022, so I’ve been listening nonstop to her newest album and all I can say is go listen to it now and tell me what you think.
